Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code at the counter, enter their name and they save it with one tap: Apple Wallet on iPhone, Google Wallet on Android.
Who designs the card?
We do. Send us your logo and a photo or two, we propose a design and fine-tune it with you. If you want to change something later, just ask from your dashboard.
Which card type suits me?
It depends on how your customers buy. Stamps work great for frequent, similar-value purchases (coffee, haircut); points and cashback when the receipt varies; membership for clubs and gyms. We decide together on the advisory call.
How are stamps or points added?
Your team scans the customer’s card QR code from any phone or tablet. If you like, customers can also stamp themselves with a QR code at the counter.
Do I need a POS or a special till?
No. Vuelve works on its own, from any phone or tablet at the counter, without touching your POS. If you already use one and want purchases added automatically, tell us which one and we’ll check whether it can be connected.
How do cashback or points work if I use a card machine?
You take payment on your card machine as usual. Before that, you scan the customer’s card and type the receipt total: Vuelve works out the points or cashback. Every transaction is logged with who did it and can be undone.
Can I send promotions?
Yes. From the dashboard you send notifications to all your customers or only to those who haven’t been back for a while, and Vuelve automatically nudges anyone who hits 30 days without a visit.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free from when you create your account, no credit card required. In that time we design your card and you try it with your customers. Before it ends we let you know and you decide whether to continue: we never charge without your confirmation.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You pay month to month and can cancel any time. Your customer data is yours and you can export it whenever you want.
What about data protection?
We comply with the GDPR: customers accept the terms when they sign up, can delete their data from their card, and only your business sees your customers.
